GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
ONLINE SALES FOR INDIVIDUALS
ARTICLE 9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Any non-professional consumer has a right of withdrawal. The use of the right of withdrawal must be reported in advance by email to the address of the sales administration service: [email protected]. A withdrawal form must be downloaded from the Site and returned to the Seller. In this eventuality, the Seller communicates to the Customer an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium. The right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. If the Customer uses this right, the Product must be returned to the Seller in its original packaging within 14 days (starting on the day of receipt of the Products). Beyond the 14-day period, the sale is firm and final. The Product subject to the right of withdrawal must not have been used and not have suffered any damage of any nature whatsoever. The Customer can exercise this right on all items purchased except for recording media, software and updates (Upgrade, Software, etc.). In fact, it is a nominative license. The Seller reimburses the Customer for the full amount received, no later than 14 days from the Customer's decision to withdraw. Reimbursement provided that the Seller has been able to recover the Products initially delivered or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of these Products to the Seller. Unless the Customer wishes otherwise, the Seller makes the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that which was used for the transaction. If a Dongle key is purchased, it must be verified by the Customer within 24 working hours following Delivery. Without written return from the Customer within 24 working hours, no exchange will be possible. A full license will need to be purchased. In the event of loss or theft of the Dongle key, the Customer must obtain a new license.
