The Panasonic S5 delivers impressive video performance with 4K 60fps at 4:2:0 10-bit and 4K at 30fps; you can even record in 4:2:2 10-bit. With a 24.2 megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor, the Lumix DC-S5 offers wide dynamic range and high sensitivity. Applied Dual Native ISO technology allows the Lumix S5 to record crystal-clear, high-sensitivity videos up to ISO 51,200. This technology also minimizes noise at high sensitivity. V-Log / V-Gamut compatibility provides 14+ stops of dynamic range to capture every detail.
The Panasonic Lumix DC-S5's improved autofocus detects both head and eyes, face and body, so even if someone turns their head away for a moment the focus will stay perfect. 5-axis image stabilization helps reduce shutter speed by 6.5 stops. To ensure the device can withstand heavy use, it features a dust and splash proof construction. Optimized heat dissipation ensures stable and continuous video recording. Finally, this device is equipped with two card slots, one for UHS-I cards and the other for UHS-II cards.
