The MF-CB Round Adapter from Godox is designed to increase the light shaping capacity of the MF12 and to fulfill the various needs of macro photographers. Attaching it onto the square shaped flash head, you will get a round mount, compatible with the Godox AK-R1 Accessory Kit, which includes a dome diffuser, diffuser plate, bounce card, honeycomb, color filters, and snoot to control the beam, soften the light, and change the light colors.
