Access bare SATA hard drives and solid-state drives with ease using the Drive Dock USB Type-C Dual Drive Bay Solution from OWC. Equipped with a USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port, the dock comes with two drive bays that are each compatible with 2.5" and 3.5" SATA drives. Capable of read speeds up to 698 MB/s and write speeds up to 918 MB/s, the Drive Dock allows for simultaneous drive bay operation, and it's compatible with both systems running Windows, Mac, and Chrome.

Access Bare SATA Drives

The OWC Drive Dock makes for an easy way to access bare SATA drives. You can hot swap, read multiple drives simultaneously, or boot from bare drives, ideal for video and audio content pros working with multiple bare drives on big projects.

Design

Two drive bays accommodate both 2.5" and 3.5" drives, and the dock can access drives in each bay simultaneously. Each drive bay features its own independent power switch and LED activity monitor, while the auto-switching internal power supply is compatible with standard dual-prong power cables. The fanless Drive Dock is designed for quiet operation.
