Designed to be as easy to handle as an analog console, the Si Impact features many radical improvements to make digital mixing easier, including the unique FaderGlow™ fader coloring process, massive DSP power and a 32-channel USB interface. . The Si Impact offers an ideal digital mixing environment for live applications or recording that will appeal to anyone who refuses to compromise on audio quality.

The legendary "British" sound

Since its beginnings more than 40 years ago, Soundcraft has continued to define the qualities of the famous "British" sound in its consoles for live applications. The integration of the famous preamps of its co-founder Graham Blythe and the correctors typical of English sound allow the Si Impact to proudly wear the Soundcraft sound signature.

Beyond analog control

By combining one-knob-one-function controls with the unique FaderGlow™ fader coloring process, Soundcraft combines the simplicity of analog-style mixing with all the flexibility of digital. FaderGlow™ illuminates the fader track in different colors depending on the type of channel, making it easy to see at a glance if the track is controlling, for example, an aux send, an effects send or the level of a strip of a graphic corrector. Each fader also has a multi-color LCD display providing clear information on levels and labeling to name each channel.

The Si Impact is not just loaded with DSP. It features effects and EQs designed by the experts in digital processing, incorporating studio-grade reverb processors, Lexicon delays and modulations, dbx dynamics processing, and BSS graphic EQs.

Put your inputs/outputs where you need them

Thanks to its connectivity allowing the use of optional stage racks, the Si Impact allows you to place your inputs/outputs at the desired location. Position your rack on the stage near the musicians for live applications or in the studio for recording, simply via a Cat.5 link.

Direct audio to your digital audio workstation

The Si Impact simplifies multitrack operation thanks to its USB audio interface allowing recording and playback of 32 channels, ideal for use with the Ableton Live Lite 9 sequencer offered as a free download with the console. A simple connection to a PC or MAC allows communication of the 32 input and output channels from or to a digital audio workstation.

Mix with iPad®

With the Soundcraft Remote app for iPad, the mixing power of the Si Impact is accessible from anywhere. Mix the front by positioning yourself in the audience, monitors from the stage, and allow musicians to do their own monitor mix, using multiple iPads.
