Dedicated to video use, the Samyang 50mm T1.5 AS UMC lens is equipped with an 8-blade continuous fluid diaphragm for harmonious rendering of background blur.

Bright, its T1.5 photometric aperture allows you to work in all circumstances and allows a shallow depth of field ideal for transitions between the different image planes.

The 9 lenses that make up the optics - including one aspherical - have received an anti-reflective UMC multilayer treatment to offer excellent light transmission.

Two toothed crowns on the focusing rings and the diaphragm ring allow very precise control of focus and depth of field via follow-focus.

To facilitate the change of optics without moving the accessories, the spacing between the toothed rings is constant between the VDSLR range (12mm T3.1 fisheye, 16mm T2.6, 20mm T1.9, 50mm T1.5, 100mm T3. 1 Macro and 135mm T2.2) and VDSLR II (8mm T3.8 fisheye, 10mm T3.1, 14mm T3.1, 16mm T2.2, 24mm T1.5, 35mm T1.5 and 85mm T1.5).
